they don't have a direct number and dont respond to emails. I paid extra for royal mail tracked 24 delivery and when my package came on the front of the package it said royal mail 48 which explained why why it took longer to arrive than I wanted. why is it royal mail 48 when I paid for royal mail 24?
In the end i did receive my product, which is great, but company needs to communicate with PAYING customers, and dodgy delivery wasn't happy about.
