Dear UGG Customer Service,
I am writing to follow up on my recent exchange request for a different size of sneakers. I initially contacted UGG on January 24th and received a QR code for the exchange, which I promptly used to send the sneakers back via UPS on the same day. However, upon calling UGG on February 6th to inquire about the status of my exchange, I was informed that the sneakers were received.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delay and lack of communication regarding my exchange. Despite being told that I would receive an email initiating the exchange process, I have yet to receive any such correspondence, even three days later.
While I appreciate the assistance of the customer service representative I spoke with, I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall handling of this situation and the length of time it is taking to resolve.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that ensures I receive the correct size sneakers in a timely manner.
