SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! I joined UIS Australia as I have a busy life and thought it would be simpler and easier when applying for a permanent residency. The first lady I spoke to seemed friendly and informative so I signed up. As soon as I paid the money (nearly £4000), I was suddenly passed to a different person who was terrible; didn't send information she said she would, didn't reply for weeks and I was constantly chasing. When I complained, all that happened was a different person would answer my emails and no acknowledgement of my complaint. This happened four times with a total of five people before I requested a cancellation of service and refund. I was also receiving conflicting information/advice from these people. I still to this day have not received a breakdown of costs (just a lump sum invoice), neither have I received a list of expected additional costs. I still don't actually understand what the substantial amount of money is for! I have been mislead and misinformed throughout and they justify NO REFUND because they have put working hours towards my case; no applications have been made on my behalf yet I have provided all the information required quickly and efficiently. I even quoted the multiple terms and conditions THEY have breached but once again, this was not even acknowledged. I am now in the process of complaining to MARA as they have also breached that code of conduct. Hopefully other people will also do this to help bring UIS Australia to justice.
