When I first got in to Contact with UIS Australia their willingness to help was almost too good to be true. Well it was too good to be true. Ince they received the money and I insisted that I want a breakdown of all possible costs involved, I was refused this. Alex simply said “no” , once the evacuation is done we will look at next steps. I kindly requested the information and if this could bot be provided I want a refund. I then Got contacted by Gabriella, which I did not take the call, and after receiving her mail that she was trying to contact me, I once again requested the information and that I would be happy to set up a call once I have all the costs involved. Still nothing. I have since contacted them three times to refer me to the refunds department and guess what? Still NOTHING. Seems like they are willing to help until they get money. As soon as you ask more questions about what other costs are involved they give you an average of $2000-$7000 to complete the process. All I wanted to know was the breakdown of how they get to such an amount. The dishonesty and lack of information they provide is nauseating. I am no longer interested in their service and want my money back.
