I feel absolutely ripped off and scammed.. I was charged £1,800 ($3500+) just to have my information put forward to the Australian government; I later found out that this was something I could have done myself within a short space of time for a fraction of the amount.. as someone who doesn’t have an abundance of money and has had to work hard to save everything that I have, to lose such a large amount for no reason is horrible - I wish I had this information before, but just use the Australian government website directly!! I want a refund on the extortionate fee’s I was charged to have my information put forward, but this looks unlikely.. Lisa Baker was the agent I dealt with and my case number is 586871
