Absolutely Disgusting Service – Do Not Trust This Company
I have been requesting copies of my call recordings for nearly 7 weeks, only to be ignored time and time again. Now they are outright refusing to provide them, even though customers are legally entitled to access this information under Canadian privacy law.
This company is clearly mis-selling and mis-advising people — otherwise, they would not be hiding behind illegal practices and refusing transparency. Avoid UIS Canada at all costs.
