The customer service is fab at the Bathroom Store. I'm not a plumber & they helped me select the right products for my bathroom. I know there are some supply difficulties at the moment but they did their best to get me everything for when my plumber was on site. I've now received all of my order & I'm very happy with it. My one criticism would be the website. All the products show 3-5 days delivery when in reality the lead time can be longer if they can't get the stock. It would be better to show the item out of stock if it's not going to be available for ages.
