I was a little sceptical but really wanted the space ssave toilet/sink unit they had - had read a couple of bad reviews. But to be honest they were fantastic. Order process simple, delivery as described.. very quick! the day the unit arrived after the delivery guy had left i checked the parcel and the sink was slightly chipped. Emailed bathstore they came back and said they would send another out for the following day (the sink bit) and to just discard of the damaged one (which i was happy to do) and yes a new sink arrived next day perfect. can't fault them - will definitely use again. happy customer :)
