Delivery took longer than expected and I had to chase up on where it was. Replies were very quick but had to chase again as it didn’t arrive as the supplier had delivered the wrong colour. But they rectified this quickly and as I had requested they expedited the item. So 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars overall as I had to chase and wasn’t proactive. But thank you for helping me when I did get in touch.
