I ordered 2 Vogue towel rails & valves from UK Bathroom Store. The price was the best I could find online and when I called with questions the salesman seemed knowledgable. Sadly one of the item that arrived was incorrect. I was able to resolve this quickly and they collected and sent out a second item. This time it was damaged! They got it right third time, but by this point it had caused a fair bit of inconvenience having to leave work to take deliveries of incorrect or damaged items. Overall I wasn’t very happy but the team did everything they could to make things right. For this reason they can be caused for there mistakes, these things do happen.
