Part of my order wasn't in stock and was advised it would be sent out the next week when back in stock. I had to chase this up as it didn't arrive, I was then promised I would be informed when it was dispatched and provided with a tracking link. Neither of those things happened. I will no longer be ordering from UK Business Supplies because of this lack of customer service. I only wish I could give a zero rating for this complete lack of customer service.
