My invoice for coffee your ref SORD01667926 was correctly addressed to me at 14/9 Maxwell Street, but the delivery address on the box was 19/9 Maxwell Street. 19 is a block of only 4 flats but the driver from Hermes went ahead and just left it inside that door. Luckily someone Knew me and delivered the parcel but anything could have happened.
I was surprised that your system doesn't generate both invoice and parcel address at the same time
