I recommend this company unreservedly. The first trellis I ordered via Amazon wasn't quite perfect so I contacted the company by telephone. Fiona was extremely apologetic and promised to send me another one by the end of the week. In fact the replacement arrived within 48 hours. I agree with another customer's comments about the excellent letter sent with the product. I shall definitely buy from this company again.
