The nice folks at UK Heat Logs made every effort to get my order delivered ASAP, even though I had missed the deadline for the delivery date I wanted. The product itself is a first class heat log that is by far the best I've used in my multi-fuel stove, and gives out phenomenal radiant heat when it's fully alight - highly recommended!
