Their thoughtfulness and kindness when we visited. We visited the day we heard that Adele had cancelled the gig we were in London for. Staff made our visit a real pleasure and experience and Hazel gifted us one of our purchases as a 'random act of kindness'. Thanks Hazel - we will 'pay it forward' to someone we feel needs cheered up. Meantime we continue to enjoy the products we purchased - and the one gifted.
