Buying replacement phone batteries for phones is always a risk, however the battery supplied was newly manufactured,as confirmed by the date stamp, and works as well as the original when it was new. Also response to email queries was fast and helpful, so 5 star rating is applicable & would use again. One star was deducted only due to issues with the Royal Mail tracking number. The number was issued immediately after the order was placed, but it wasn't posted for a few days. Royal Mail never updated site to show the parcel had been received before it was actually delivered which meant the tracking number was totally useless and caused unnecessary confusion.
