I appreciate it was Christmas and there is a pandemic but no warnings on the website of disruption. Order placed on Sunday 20th Dec for next day before 1pm Mon-Fri at a cost of £9.99. Order not despatched until Tues 22nd with tracking stopped before Christmas at 16.52 Wed 23rd. Order finally delivered 15.53 Tues 29th or rather it was left at the garage door out of sight from the house (that was Hermes not you). You broke your "contract" with me - late despatch, delivery took 8 days instead of less than 1 day and no refund of delivery charge.
