My original order was tracked with Royal Mail but after two weeks of it not showing up I contacted UK Mobile Store and they offered me a refund or replacement, I went for the replacement and it arrived a couple of days later. I don't blame them for Royal Mail losing my first order but fantastic customer services in resolving my issue, I would use them again, five stars!
