Cracked charger. Asked for replacement and I would send back cracked on once received but they wouldn't do this. Even though I explain I wouldn't be able to charge my phone if I did this so would be a massive inconvenience seen as everyone uses there phones daily and it could take at least a week in current situations to send back broken and receive new one. Guessing they don't trust me to send back even though it would be free for me to do so. Also sent pics to show damaged one to prove it was. It was well packed so guessing no produce checks before sending. So no I would not recommend and won't use again. Also will advise anyone that ask me to not use guessing that's all you can do when a company can't help customers out but they all the same nowadays no care just as money grabbers. So no thanks from me.
