I placed my order on 30th January 2021, order confirmed with track and trace included. Track and trace number was not recognised by Royal Mail so I contacted UK mobile store who replied very quickly, informing me that track and trace will let me know its delivered when I receive the item?? Not sure if I misunderstood but that did not make sense to me. Surely you can track the package and see where it is in its journey to you? I was informed that the order had been dispatched on 1st February, a week passed by, nothing, I emailed to ask for an update, no reply, another week passed, still no sign of package, after multiple attempts to email UK mobile store, still no reply. I have since ordered the item I was after elsewhere on Friday evening, the item arrived the very next day from another supplier. Safe to say that it appears that uk mobile store are criminal. Taking customers money and not sending the goods. Its strange that once you have placed an order, you then see the negative comments from people that have experienced exactly the same thing. How these companies are allowed to freely trade and take peoples money with no intention of supplying the goods is beyond me. More should be done to protect the consumer from these fraudulent companies.
