Asking for a review of their customer service after about a week, of me sending emails to them and not getting a response from them is not a good idea. I ordered a phone case didn't get it and will not respond to emails. After my order I googled the company and reading other people's reviews they didn't get anything they ordered either. So the answer to how good was your customer service is, it's terrible and even more shocking that your ask this but don't put any of the bad ones on your website.
How did I communicate with the company? you need a option for tried to email.
How quick did the company reply? Need an option for didn't.
How would I rate the customer service I received? I didn't so I guess that would have to be 0 star's.
Upload a photo or video review. I would love too but didn't receive anything to review so can't do that either.
Am guessing that this review won't be going on your website.
