Been Trying to get a refund with end of May!! Yes, you read right!
I have sent the dress back to them which I brought at Gatwick accessorize. I fell ill with COVID and was hospitalised. When I came out - still within my 28 days of purchase. I rung up explained my situation. I at first had a helpful representative on the phone. Since then they have said that they have not received my dress back despite me showing it has been sent. Last 2 reps were less than helpful. I am out a dress and the £40.00!! I am still battling it in October. This Company is everything that is wrong with customer service.
