Paid them in advance to clean an oven in a house we were moving out of, they did not turn up, did not tell us they were not turning up and have not processed our refund despite multiple request for them to do so and multiple lies being told by their staff they would process the refund. It is two months now so we are going to report them for fraud/theft.
