I would recommend that you do not rely on dhl to deliver your products. When i rang rs today to chase my missing order (ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago) I was informed that rs had sent it out promptly but since then, dhl has reported back to lto say they had attempted delivery on 2 consecutive days but no one was in. They also reported that on both occasions notification cards of missed delivery had ui been left. As there was no evidence of this, iI can only conclude that dhl failed to show up despite their statement to the contrary. I do have cctv and I could check, although i have not taken this action yet. What I have done however, is cancel the order. It goes within saying that my confidence in rs is at a very low ebb and I will be reluctant to order other products from rs due to dhl poor delivery performance.
Maybe you should look into this matter and see whether other customers have experienced similar problems
