On 19th May last year we bought a Russell hobbs iron. Earlier this month it stopped working. I contacted Russell hobbs and was given various instructions on what to do which I eventually followed. The upshot of it is, in spite of the product failing Russell hobbs will do nothing about it. This is actually appalling service.
