Nordic socks look lovely - but they are not quite what they seem. A lot of money goes into the promoting them, but the product of a very low quality. Two pairs have disintegrated after only wearing them for a couple of weeks. The company maintains that the sock are guaranteed for only 3 months - which speaks for itself in terms of their confidence in their own product. The customer service amounts to a series of highly sophisticated standard communications which are unable to address legitimate concerns about not only the the quality of their product, but also their after sales care. Additionally, the socks are not sold individually so you end up purchasing several pairs - at a not insignificant cost. Only to discover that they are not quite what they seem on their website/instagram etc. They will not accept any returns of new socks.
