I placed my order on Dec 24 but then heard nothing from the company until I chased them a week later and was told it would be sent express delivery the next day but there was no confirmation of this and nothing happened so I chased again on Jan 4 and then I was given a email confirmation and a tracking number but Royal Mail did not receive the order for another 3 days. In all I didn't receive the lateral flow tests till the end of the Christmas holiday period so too late to help with self testing before meeting family and friends. The price of a single lateral flow test at 4.99 is far too high.
