PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT USE. I was paying the £57 subscription fee and I actually paid this twice (every 3 months, on 13th April and 13th July 2023). I turned off auto renew in August but they STILL charged me and suggested I had NOT turned of the auto renewal. I contacted them on the day the 3rd renewal happen and they refuse to refund. I had a reply basically saying, sorry, but tough. I shall post this in as many places as possible but you have been warned..!! I suggest ANYONE who have a subscription with them to end this immediately and contact your bank to block the company..!! Thanks.
