The products are lovely and I'm enjoying using them. The only issue I had was with the courier service you used to deliver. I was unable to track my items as my Norton Security blocked this site as potentially dangerous so I didn't exactly know when it was going to turn up. The delivery guy was actually very nice and polite which is why I rated this as a 4 and no lower.
