The order went smoothly and the water glosser seems to work well although a little bigger than a competitors model that I had been using for many years. I like the water sterilisation mode as this is definitely an added bonus and very important. I was surprised to find that for such an expensive model against competitors that there is only a 1 year warranty which I think in this day and age is woefully inadequate for the price. I also have found that since purchasing this product I've been swamped with email offers. Perhaps rather than unsubscribing I would appreciate it if they could tone things down somewhat.
