I ordered heads for my husbands toothbrush and did not realize there was a difference in the heads between the Pro and Spotlight. The heads did not fit and I was really annoyed. However, Nicola helped me to resolve the problem and she had amazing patience. I now know I will be able to get replacement heads in Boots Pharmacy in Bandon as they are expensive without having to pay postage.
