The electric toothbrushes are great, I've had mine about 2 years and it's the best toothbrush I've had.
My main complaint is it's difficult to take the heads off the toothbrush without accidentally snapping them. In the 2 years I've had about 6 replacements of which 3 I ended up accidentally snapping while taking them off the brush. If they are designed never to be taken off, this would make sense, but to fit the toothbrush in the travel case you need to take the head off.
Updated as they very kindly offered to send me some new replacement heads!
