Hi. I was very impressed with your marketing material, the reviews, your website and the fact that you deliver to Switzerland! All of this gets a 5 out of 5. What i am less than impressed with is the lack of information coming through in terms of tracking of the delivery. I have heard nothing since April 9th when I received an order confirmation and tracking number and a message that the item had left "An Post mail centre". There is clearly a problem with a lack of timely inforrmation. I have brought this to the attention of your Customer Service who are currenty looking into it but this aspect of the service currently only gets 1 out of 5.
