The Water Flosser I bought from Spotlight Oral Care is not very comfortable to use: the product's weight is not well balanced. This makes it difficult to hold it at the required angle and point the nozzle in the right direction for cleaning beween the teeth. Also, the water jet produced by this Water Flosser is not as strong as I expected (i.e. it is weaker than the wired / counter-top Waterprik model I used in the past). I don't want this product, but since I have opened the product, I cannot return it back to Spotlight Oral Care - that's very unfortunate! How am I supposed to try the product and see if it's suitable without opening it?
