Thankyou for sending replacement parts when my flosser developed faults. I think this is an excellent item, i like the UV cleaner for the water as we have such hard water. I like the capacity of the barrel and the different jet strengths. I have had a couple of replacement parts so have learned to handle with extreme care but otherwise i think its the best of several water flossers that I have tried.
