I find the head a little too small which is why I got on well with the Ion-Sei which is no longer available. I also find the Spotlight difficult to adjust to after using the Ion-Sei as the frequency of the fibration is higher whilst having a smaller brush head. I keep touching the top of the head against either my top or bottom jaw line when brushing which is rather unpleasant especially on the two higher frequency settings. In terms of it's effectiveness in keeping ones teeth clean it's on a par with the Ion-Sei but it's not as ergonomic to use however it is/was half the price of the Ion-Sei.
