Only had this a few days now, the standout is that it is much quieter and less forceful in terms of the vibration and movement than my previous electric toothbrush. It realy tickles which I have not gotten used to yet, and has meant I'veonly just used the 2nd setting once. I don't feel like my teeth are as clean as previously, but I am not sure if that is just part of the getting used to stage, the circular brush feels like it gets into al the necessary places more. It is slightly annoying that after the 2 minutes it shuts off, I usually have a couple of teeth left to clean.
