I bought this product with great expectations but find it difficult to use. The water holder is too big and bulbous to be held comfortably in my hand. Also it is difficult to manipulate to position at the back of my teeth, especially my premolars. The design of this product, in my opinion, is bad. All in all, I will definitely be going back to normal flossing. Spotlight oralcare contacted me asking me to change my review and rating. It seems to think the issue has been dealt with. I gave them a 6 because they were quick and polite getting back to me. But nothing has changed! In my opinion, the problems of design render the flosser useless.
