I have now used the Sonic Toothbrush and the water flosser for 1 year. My thoughts are, Toothbrush: Battery life is great. Power is great. Feels well made and not too plasticky. Button sticks out and very easy to turn brush off accidentally. A lot. Heads feel mediocre quality. Replacement heads are too expensive - £25 for 3 inc postage. Especially as they aren’t very special. Water flosser: Very powerful. Good battery. UV claim feels like it might be overstated. It’s just a blue led. Button combo to start is fidly. Rubber power port falls off easily. Mine broke after 8 months but was replaced hassle free. Customer service is good and they are quick to help. By no means a bad system - probably could do just as well with any cheap Chinese brand from Amazon - tbh this is probably just a branded one of those. But at least customer service is good if it breaks. I wish the heads were better or cheaper.
