Was it really two weeks since order, not sure, if so then the fact it only arrived 3 days ago suggests it was delayed in dispatch.
In the short time I have used it, it's performed well. There is however a niggle, when moving the brush around my mouth I have already several times managed to change the speed setting without wanting to. Simply rolling the brush body in my hand to get to the recommended cleaning angle means that my fingers roll over the button as I do that and it activates.
