This is the fourth make of Water Flosser I have bought in the last few years and this is the most effective by far. I especially like the UV feature which sterilizes the water in the tank prior to using it. On this occasion my order was for a replacement Water Flosser after my first one stopped working within the warranty period. My request for a replacement was met with a very positive response, no quibbles or need for a lengthy explanation. I received my new flosser within a few days of my initial request.
