I couldn’t recommend this toothbrush and company enough. The product itself is great, and so is the customer support. After 11 months, one of the two toothbrushes I bought started malfunctioning. I contacted customer service, and they promptly sent me a replacement—no questions asked, no hassle. I can’t think of any other toothbrush company that would have done the same.
