3 days without email now. No end in sight, terrible customer support, if any at all. Spend your money elsewhere and get a service that you pay for. EDIT 20/07/2020: Still waiting on a ticket raised 2 days ago. No email for 4 days. This is the 7th mail server fail this year. Just fix the problem. Hostgator seams to be the way to go now. EDIT 24/08/2020 UK2 has still not sorted out the mess they created. Still, no compensation and now a month has passed. What are you doing? Hoping that the problems are going to go away? EDIT 26/08/2020 Just for a change UK2 has again let me down. After an online chat with the billing dept, I was assured that I would have a refund by the end of the next working day. We are now 2 working days in and not even a "sorry we are busy" type email. Still no refund, but a lot of B/S from a company that is now employing people to write positive reviews on here. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. EDIT 11/09/2020 So the useless never seams to expire. Refusing to refund money that they have now effectively told me that they are not interested with my complaint. 2 months of their ineptitude is enough. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICES. As a special treat, they are going to give me a credit, for the same appalling services that are not working.
