Ordered two toilets back in July that were showing in stock, They were never shipped so after a number of weeks I spoke to them and was told a system error/glitch stopped the order going through (even though payment was taken).
They then said it would be shiped direct from the supplier and that they would be with me in the next 10 working days. 5 months on from ordering I still do not have the products and they are no longer answerring the phone or emails.
Paid via Paypal so now pursuing the money back from them
