This is another one of those too good to be true companies. I purchased some basin taps and wastes via their website, only to be informed the payment hadn't completed properly and the order was cancelled (I wish i'd left it there). I confirmed that the issue was with their system and once they'd got back to me, i reordered the same items. This time payment was taken and i believed all was well. However, the items have not arrived, they are no longer responding to my emails and the phone number provided just rings through (strange, when i was getting instant responses to my emails, whilst i was making the purchase!). I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund (wonder if i'll ever get it) and will follow up with paypal and my creditcard provider to regain the money. Long story short, stay away from this company! They're a scam!!!
