I paid ukdapper for some items and i had a paypal invoice from ishop crystals when i asked about this never got anything back after i never got the item i tried calling text and email. still no good, so i started to look about and say i found this person, other companies the same, closed not able to deliver, no goods.
so reported to paypal still no luck but he did email just to waste time hopping the time would run out.
i have now learnt that HMRC and the police are looking into him over fraud and tax.
still no luck and no refund
