I'm not normally one for writing reviews, I just buy stuff and expect it to be delivered when the seller says it will, but in this case I am making an exception. I have to say that Mark from DFB went above and beyond the other day when I rang up at 4pm to find out what time cuto-off was for orders to be despatched that day. His response was, "unfortunately about half an hour ago. But the courier is actually still here at this moment. If you like, I will ask him to hang on while we sort your order out", As I needed the items for an event the next day, I gratefully accepted his offer, I then paid for the items over the phone and (having thanked Mark again) went on my way. Sure enough, about an hour later I got a confirmation text from the courier to say they had my order and confirming delivery the next day. As expected, the order arrived next morning, just as I was promised. Exceptional customer service all round. Thank you Mark, and all involved.
