First my fiancé paid 1k and they didn't do anything then they charged another 250pounds to our card and didn't give it back, and they still wanted another 4k. I've been waiting for the refund for 3 months and I call every day they said they are doing an investigation to find out why I didn't receive the money, but they refused to send the receipt. They can do the investigation but where is the receipt? AND THERE IS NO USE TO REPLY HERE AND IT WILL NOT SOLVE ANY PROBLEM. AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN BRITISH, AT LEAST NONE OF THEM WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND THEY BUY THE GOOD COMMENTS JUST LOOK AND I SEE THE WEBSITE IS FROM ISRAEL
