UKGVS was very supportive in the beginning and seemed very keen to helping me get my visa. As soon as all my documents were submitted and it was on their side to complete the process, I never got any proof by email that the visa was being processed. After a while, leaving me in the dark for more than a month, they called me saying the process was closed and that they would book my biometrics. They never sent me the appointment. It’s been 2 months and 30.000£ later, and they haven’t gotten back to me. I’m starting a legal action and I don’t advise you to use UKGVS.
