We found our caseworker Aliya very helpful and thorough in helping us get a visa for our helper. We did have to gather a mountain of documentation but it was essential if our visa application was to be successful. We were impressed with the attention to detail and the close scrutiny of the documents we submitted. The company ensured that every document we were submitting for the visa was accurate and not subject to any query by UK immigration. Any questions we asked were dealt with very promptly within 24 hours by email. Before our helper had her biometrics and submission of documents meeting at the visa centre, they give us very detailed instructions and lists of what to bring so we felt very well prepared. We paid a fixed fee and they were very transparent about the service they would provide as well as giving us advice on the type of visa to apply for. I don’t think we could have done this visa application by ourselves. The knowledge and experience of the company gave us confidence and they were well aware of every eventuality. I would highly recommend this company. They are efficient, experienced and professional.
